Job summary

Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a Partnership Development Director to manage client retention, renewals, and strategic growth within a defined territory. The role emphasizes building strong client relationships, contributing to proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience in Criminal Justice, Business, Communications or a related field.
• A Master's degree is desirable.
• Experience in working with criminal justice systems or selling services to government or similar agencies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage rebids, renewals, and client retention strategies to ensure contract continuity.
• Identify, support, and close new and existing sales opportunities within the territory.
• Lead RFP contributions and create proposal and presentation materials.
• Analyze market trends and forecast territory revenue to inform strategy.
• Represent the company at industry events and maintain Salesforce documentation.
