Job summary

CareMessage is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Director to scale revenue and patient impact through a disciplined ecosystem strategy. You will orchestrate cross-functional partnership execution with Growth, Product, Customer Experience, Finance, Legal, and Marketing to turn partnerships into ARR and meaningful patient outcomes.

In this remote US role, you’ll own partner-driven and partner-influenced ARR, build repeatable operating systems, and lead with integrity across healthcare networks

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of B2B strategic partnerships, alliances, or healthcare SaaS experience in complex markets.
• Demonstrated ability to orchestrate cross-departmental work without direct authority.
• Strong negotiation and commercial structuring experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the partnership operating plan for ARR and partner-influenced ARR.
• Lead cross-departmental partnership execution across diverse partner portfolios.
• Build repeatable partner motions and an operating system to scale partner contributions.
• Use data signals to guide investment and communicate risks to senior leadership.
