Job summary

Eleven Labs Inc. is looking for an experienced Commercial Counsel in the US to support complex commercial transactions including SaaS, licensing, and strategic partnerships. This role involves drafting and negotiating various contracts while managing risks across jurisdictions.

You'll be a key legal partner to the Partnerships team, providing advice that balances growth with compliance. Candidates should have 7+ years of legal experience and a strong focus on technology and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in-house in technology or SaaS.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating ISV, SI, reseller, and strategic alliance agreements.
• Strong knowledge in enterprise software licensing, SaaS, and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Own legal strategy for ElevenLabs’ partnership ecosystem including contracts.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements primarily focused on partnerships.
• Serve as the primary legal partner to the Partnerships team.
