Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant post-qualification legal experience.
• Experience supporting complex partner business models.
• Proven track record in drafting and negotiating agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead legal strategy for partnership agreements and integrations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Provide legal counsel to Partnerships team.
