Job summary

PerfectServe is seeking an Analyst to support Corporate Development & Strategic Partnerships. You will source acquisition targets, build relationships, and move deals forward with the CSO and executive team. You will conduct outreach, create deal materials, and coordinate with legal and investment teams.

Qualifications

2+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate development, sales, or related roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Healthcare IT or SaaS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain a pipeline of acquisition and partnership targets.
Cold call and email owners, founders, and executives to open relationships.
Identify opportunities through industry forums, conferences, and online communities.
Maintain an up-to-date view of every relationship in the pipeline.
Represent PerfectServe at industry events to build deal flow.
Prepare board and investor materials and support due diligence.
