Job summary

PerfectServe is seeking a Corporate Development & Partnerships Analyst to source acquisition and partnership targets, build and maintain a deal pipeline, and support due diligence across commercial, financial, and operational workstreams.

You will engage founders and executives, maintain momentum through the funnel, and collaborate with executive leadership, investors, and legal teams to close opportunities. This role offers exposure to high-impact deals on a small, high-visibility team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate development, sales, or another role where you had to build relationships and move deals forward.
• Proven ability to build relationships and move deals or prospects forward.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to represent PerfectServe credibly to a founder, a banker, or a board member.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and relationship building to identify acquisition and partnership targets.
• Move prospects through the funnel: initial conversations, momentum, and deal progression.
• Build models and analyses to support deal screening and synergy sizing.
• Draft board and investor‑ready materials and coordinate live deal workstreams.
• Represent PerfectServe at industry events and manage partnership relationships.
