You will lead affiliate, referral, and communications strategies to increase customers and revenue, while shaping content and media outreach.

The role emphasizes data-driven storytelling, SEO content, and cross-functional collaboration to expand InsureMyTrip’s reach and authority in travel protection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years in partnerships, public relations, affiliate marketing, content marketing, or related field.
• Experience supporting earned media initiatives and building media relationships.
• Experience recruiting, managing, or growing affiliate, referral, partner, or business development programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, editing, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze data and insights to inform marketing, communications, and partnership strategies.
• Working knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms, SEO best practices, content marketing, and digital analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and manage affiliate, referral, and strategic partner relationships that support growth.
• Plan and execute affiliate communications and campaigns to drive partner engagement.
• Support media relations through press outreach and storytelling.
• Create data-driven content, research, and reports to generate coverage.
• Develop website, educational, and marketing content to support SEO and acquisition.
• Monitor travel industry trends and translate findings for media, partners, and customers.
• Track performance of partnerships, media coverage, and content engagement.
