Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Five (5) years of strategic partnerships experience in public health, health and human services, nonprofit, or philanthropic setting.
• Three (3) years of stakeholder and project management experience.
• Two (2) years supporting executive-level partnerships.
• Fluent English required; Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Map MHM's partnership ecosystem to identify opportunities, gaps, trends, and partner connections.
• Serve as project manager and liaison for strategic partnerships and cross-functional initiatives.
• Track partnership performance against metrics and conduct risk assessments.
• Identify, cultivate, negotiate, and steward high-impact executive-level partnerships.
• Develop executive briefs, backgrounders, presentations, and reports for internal and external audiences.
