Job summary

Uhlig Agencies is seeking a Strategic Partnership Manager to build and grow a network of referral partners including mortgage lenders, real estate agents, and title professionals. This role focuses on turning relationships into consistent business rather than traditional sales.

You will manage a growing referral program with a dedicated budget, track performance, and collaborate with leadership to deliver exceptional experiences to referred clients.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, organized, competitive person who can build relationships from scratch.
• Experience in title, mortgage, real estate, insurance, outside sales, business development, or relationship management.
• Ability to identify and develop referral partners and manage a book of referrals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow referral partnerships that generate qualified insurance opportunities for the sales team.
• Build relationships with mortgage lenders, real estate agents, title companies, builders, financial professionals, and other partners.
• Attend networking events, industry events, association meetings, lunches, and community events.
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with existing partners; track referral activity and measure results.
