The Golden State Valkyries are seeking a partnerships manager to oversee select corporate accounts, develop activation plans, and drive measurable results. You will collaborate across teams to fulfill sponsorships, nurture relationships, and identify upsell opportunities, with travel to events and home games as needed.

Based onsite in Oakland, CA, the role requires evening/weekend availability and a focus on revenue growth through strategic partnerships and creative activations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in corporate partnerships or account management; minimum 2 years of people management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication; client and peer relations.
• Basic understanding of social media marketing and the digital space.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the main liaison for corporate partners and activation elements.
• Fulfill sponsorship agreements by collaborating with internal teams within budget.
• Grow internal relationships within the Valkyries and GSW for opportunities.
• Research data and market trends to develop activation strategies and methodologies.
• Identify upsell opportunities for assigned accounts.
• Plan and execute events, promotions, and experiences; manage CRM details.
• Maintain 100% client satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned.
