Golden State Valkyries seek a dedicated Partnerships Manager to lead select corporate accounts and drive activation plans that hit partner objectives. You will work with internal teams to execute measurably, delivering high-level service and growth across partnerships.

The role is full-time and based onsite in Oakland, CA with game days, events, and meetings in San Francisco, CA. Occasional travel, nights, weekends, and holidays are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of corporate partnership and/or account management experience; minimum 2 years of people management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the main point of contact for corporate partners and their activation elements.
• Fulfill sponsorship agreements with internal teams within budget and to deliverables.
• Maintain and grow internal relationships within the Valkyries and GSW for collaboration opportunities.
• Research market trends to develop new and creative activation strategies.
• Identify upsell opportunities for assigned accounts.
• Build and sustain client and agency relationships to meet goals and ensure satisfaction.
• Evaluate activation plans and provide recommendations through recaps and presentations.
• Plan and execute events and luxury experiences, organizing details in CRM systems.
• Ideate around market relevancy to strengthen partnerships and upsells.
• Other duties as assigned.
