  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across California, based in Orange County, CA., and surrounding regions.
  • Develop customized outreach strategies that highlight our staffing services with a client-centric approach.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and account closure.
  • Collaborate with internal operations and recruitment teams to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and analyze performance data to drive continuous growth and profitability across multiple sectors.
