Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Program Manager to oversee and streamline our partner programs for IBM. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively across multiple teams to ensure alignment and maximize program profitability.

This role is approximately 75% Partner Programs and 25% Go-To-Market, requiring proactive collaboration with engineers, sales, and operations to drive growth, ensure compliance, and maintain

Qualifications

• Proven experience in program management, partner management, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tracking metrics and reporting.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
• Experience in sales support or business development is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Occasional travel to support partnership, as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Proficiency and Certification Tracking: identify beneficial proficiencies and track/report them.
• Marketing and MDF: coordinate IBM demand gen campaigns and events.
• Enablement: collaborate with engineers and sales on IBM enablement activities.
• Services: build a practice around IBM solution areas to support client needs.
• Sales Strategy Collaboration: develop strategies to grow and optimize margins.
