Job summary

Waymo is seeking an experienced Partner Operations professional to bridge partners with internal teams and drive measurable performance. You will own governance cadences, resolve issues, and ensure compliant, partner-centric operations across a high-growth tech environment.

You will work with the Partnerships team and senior leadership to develop roadmaps, track KPIs, and implement data-driven improvements that scale with the Waymo Driver program.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in partner operations or related roles.
• Proven track record of managing complex partner programs.
• Excellent communication with C-suite and senior leaders.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Champion integration and expansion across cross-functional teams.
• Lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs) to track KPIs.
• Drive performance improvements when service levels fall.
• Serve as the central liaison for partner communications.
• Ensure regulatory and operational compliance across partners.
• Resolve complex escalations between partners and internal teams.
• Collect partner feedback to drive long-term improvements.
