Job summary

Simeio is seeking a strategic and hands-on Partner Marketing Manager to drive growth through high-impact co-marketing campaigns and partner enablement. You will collaborate with alliances, sales, product, and marketing teams to develop joint value propositions and execute campaigns with IAM technology partners.

Responsibilities include managing co-marketing programs, budgets, and partner communications, while aligning campaigns with revenue goals and GTM motions across North America.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS partner, alliance, or channel marketing with measurable revenue impact.
• Proven success in executing joint co-marketing campaigns with measurable revenue impact.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including executive-level engagement.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.
• Data-driven, with experience using marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM platforms (Salesforce).
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own co-marketing for a portfolio of strategic partners (IAM platforms, cybersecurity vendors, channel partners).
• Develop joint marketing plans including campaigns, digital programs, events, webinars, and content initiatives.
• Create co-branded collateral, joint value propositions, and enablement materials.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaigns align with revenue goals and partnership strategies.
• Manage marketing budgets, external agencies, and partner MDF funds.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
• Support partner program growth through scalable playbooks and templates.
• Deliver consistent communications to partners and internal stakeholders.
• Integrate partners into North America GTM initiatives with field marketing.
