Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking a Partner Account Manager to cultivate deep, mutually beneficial relationships with marketing agencies and system integrators. You will apply consultative skills to align partners' strategies with Klaviyo's product and growth goals, including co-selling and co-marketing initiatives.

You will own partner programs, coach teams, and drive revenue growth while operating with integrity, curiosity, and a focus on AI-enabled workflows. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of SaaS account management, channel and/or sales experience.
• Experience with partnerships, sales, or account management.
• Enterprise/GMV-focused experience with large clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with Klaviyo partners (agencies and SI partners).
• Articulate Klaviyo's value and differentiate from competitors.
• Drive co-selling and co-marketing with partners and ecosystem teams.
• Coach partners on how to grow their business with Klaviyo.
