Job summary

PrismHR is seeking a Partner Relationship Manager to lead strategic partnerships within the PrismHR ecosystem. You will manage multi-team collaboration, drive revenue growth with insurance, benefits, and advisory partners, and ensure strong onboarding and ongoing relationship management.

The role requires coordinating with Sales, CGMs, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Advisory Operations, while delivering clear reporting on partner performance and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong client- and partner-facing communication demonstrated in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience driving revenue growth through partner programs or ecosystems.
• Ability to manage multiple partner relationships and align internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own primary relationship owner for assigned partners across Sales, Product, Marketing and Operations.
• Set and manage annual goals and KPIs with partners, including revenue targets and adoption metrics.
• Lead partner reviews focusing on performance, pipeline, and operational alignment.
• Coordinate onboarding with Legal, Finance, Product, and Advisory/BOR Operations to ensure readiness.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to align go-to-market strategies and launch timing.
