Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Illinois is seeking a Partner Relationship Manager to lead partner relationships, scale revenue, and optimize insurance benefits partnerships across the PrismHR ecosystem. You will serve as the primary contact for assigned partners, drive onboarding, and align with advisory and BOR operations.

You will work across Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Advisory teams to set goals, monitor KPIs, improve adoption, and drive long-term growth while navigating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Experience in partner management or channel sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage partner relationships and KPIs.
• Lead quarterly and annual business reviews focusing on performance, adoption, and revenue.
• Coordinate onboarding of new partners and ensure readiness for launch and sales alignment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Advisory Operations to align offerings and messaging.
• Provide clear reporting on partner performance, risks, opportunities, and outcomes.
• Support Advisory/BOR Operations and ensure compliant, scalable service delivery.
