Job summary

HP is seeking a Partner Business Manager to drive growth with Tier-2 resellers and amplify HP offerings through the Amplify program. You will align HP objectives with partner capabilities and enable co-selling to maximize HP Share of Wallet.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in channel management, strong relationship skills, and a data-driven mindset to turn insights into opportunities. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in channel distribution management or similar role.
• Proven track record of managing strategic relationships and driving growth.
• Experience in inventory management, order processing, reseller engagement and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engagement between partner teams and HP end-user sales to grow the funnel and drive revenue.
• Represent HP at partner events and enable partner sellers.
• Manage relationships with Commercial Tier-2 resellers and stay updated on market insights.
• Turn market trends into actionable opportunities and develop joint business plans.
