Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Senior Partnership Manager to lead the development, planning, and execution of partner growth strategies in collaboration with Sales, Business Development, and other leaders. You will manage direct relationships with key executives in partner organizations and drive revenue and share of wallet.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration to implement growth programs, close new opportunities, and communicate program information across Sales, Marketing, and Ops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5 years of experience in the HCM industry.
• 5 years of experience in partnership/indirect selling ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Implement growth strategies, conduct quarterly business reviews, and execute custom incentives that meet internal ROI requirements, to increase the business wallet share with key partners.
• Identify, develop, and close new partnership opportunities that align with the business growth strategy.
• Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Service/Ops, Finance, Compliance and other key partners to implement strategies to effectively grow partnership sales results.
• Assists in the execution of communication strategies to deliver program information, sales results, expectations, promotions/campaigns, and policies and procedures to the Field Sales organization(s) to ensure effective execution of the programs.
• Consults and assists with Senior Leadership on recommended policy improvements, procedures and best practices aligned to the Paychex values and future state vision.
• Collaborates with internal partners to build business cases for recommended changes from Senior Leadership.
