Job summary

Matic is seeking a Partner Success Manager in Columbus, OH to lead growth strategies for a diverse portfolio of client partnerships. You will collaborate across marketing, product, customer service, sales, and engineering to ensure partner success and drive revenue growth.

You will analyze data, advise executives, and execute initiatives with a hands-on approach. This role emphasizes cross-functional teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within a growing insurtech environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of enterprise partnership or alliance management experience.
• Proven success in partnership management and growth.
• Experience engaging senior executives and influencing decision makers.
• Strong presentation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and BI tools (Tableau, Metabase).

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with partners at all levels (including C-suite).
• Develop long-term strategies and workflows to drive product adoption.
• Manage expectations, address concerns proactively, and turn obstacles into consultative opportunities.
• Drive partner growth by analyzing data to extract actionable insights.
• Provide reporting and performance updates to leadership.
• Use data to inform decisions for internal teams and external partners.
• Partner across internal teams to ensure consistent performance.
• Identify risks and drive accountability.
• Proactively streamline interactions through process improvements and standardization of tools and templates.
• Maintain product knowledge to brief partners on updates.
