Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a high-impact Enablement Lead to drive the strategy behind Google Cloud and Oracle partnerships. You will build programs, engage executives, and align enablement across cloud-native and enterprise audiences to accelerate readiness and growth.

You will manage two concurrent partnerships, design learning journeys, and deliver workshops and train-the-trainer initiatives to scale adoption of AI, cloud modernization, and transformation efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience building new programs or strategic initiatives in evolving environments.
• Experience with hyperscaler cloud partnerships (Google Cloud, Oracle) and enterprise ecosystems preferred.
• Ability to manage two concurrent, early-stage partner relationships without losing momentum.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary enablement lead for Google Cloud and Oracle partnerships.
• Build and implement foundational enablement strategies for two distinct ecosystems.
• Develop relationships with partner executives and enablement stakeholders.
• Navigate differing partner motions across cloud-native and enterprise audiences.
• Design scalable enablement programs and learning pathways for sellers and technical teams.
