Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Strategic Customer Engagement professional to coordinate executive programs and content development. You will connect Google Cloud's Executive Network with critical customers, plan scaled event activations, and drive program success across multiple teams.

Responsibilities include managing the content catalog, providing training to subject matter experts, and measuring program impact to drive business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management in an enterprise/tech environment.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with GTM teams to align customer priorities with executive sponsors.
• Own the SCE content catalog and keep collateral updated for sales plays, demos, and product launches.
• Manage back-end data hygiene and tooling; use feedback to improve program impact.
• Drive scaled 1:1 event activations at Tier 1 events with content training.
• Coordinate with leadership, marketing, and technical experts to ensure programs meet goals.
