Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Partner Director to independently drive client outreach, proposals, and revenue growth across complex sales cycles. You will own opportunities from outreach to close, build executive relationships, and leverage AI-driven strategies to refine approach.

The role can be based in any Fetch US office or fully remote within the United States, with a focus on strategic partnerships, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration with Account Managers and Industry Leads.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, or a related field.
• Direct experience in digital media, advertising, or consumer data.
• Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising KPIs and how media solutions drive outcomes.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage with clients.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage high-profile prospects by sending sales outreach and preparing briefs.
• Drive thought leadership about Fetch and AI’s role in loyalty, commerce, and media.
• Generate revenue by converting partners and prospects into long-term strategic relationships.
• Independently articulate Fetch’s value proposition and ad products.
• Strategically plan and grow accounts from test to full partnership using AI for forecasting and insights.
• Own development and improvement of strategic playbooks and onboarding tools for the team.
• Develop creative solutions to address complex sales challenges and unlock revenue opportunities with AI-assisted pitches.
• Forecast for your book of business, with AI-powered forecasting and scenario tools as needed.
