Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Partner Development Manager to drive Platform partnerships across AMER. You will work closely with regional sales and cross-functional teams to cultivate strategic alliances and accelerate partner-led revenue.

In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of Platform/ISV partnerships, execute partner programs, and lead joint go-to-market efforts while reporting progress to stakeholders. A background in high-tech or payments and C-level negotiation skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of partnerships or sales experience in high-tech or financial services.
• Directly managed Platform or ISV partnerships.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and negotiate with C-level audiences.
• Willingness to travel

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and develop Stripe’s Platform partnerships across AMER.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to ensure partner integration with Stripe GTM.
• Optimize partner performance through partner plans and business reviews.
• Identify opportunities to expand revenue and deploy joint sales approaches with top partners and regional sales teams.
• Work with program, marketing, and sales teams to execute partner programs, events, sales engagement, and build collateral that help partners sell effectively.
• Report to key stakeholders on a regular cadence using a diagnostic approach and clear communication
