Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Partner Development Manager to lead Link's payments partnerships with card networks, issuers, local providers, and crypto entities. You will own strategy, drive technical integrations, and guide commercial negotiations to expand Link as the payments layer for agentic commerce.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Risk while educating external partners' executive teams, shaping a scalable partnership program, and thriving in a fast-moving

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, corporate development, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with card networks, card issuers, digital wallets, or payments infrastructure providers.
• 3+ years of negotiating commercial deals with partners across multiple partners.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Link's payments partnership strategy across card networks, issuers, local payment methods, and crypto and stablecoins.
• Negotiate and manage commercial agreements to expand Link's acceptance footprint and improve authorization rates.
• Drive understanding of network rules, tokenization, authentication and dynamics to inform strategy.
• Lead partnerships enabling Link as the payments layer for agentic commerce with networks and issuers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive partner strategy and roadmap.
• Define requirements with Product/Engineering to shape Link's payments roadmap.
• Identify and engage partner stakeholders and align Stripe with executive teams.
• Analyze new partnership opportunities and present recommendations to decision-makers.
• Lead teams through complex relationship management with clear vision and process.
