Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Partner Development Manager to join the AMER Alliances & Channels team in Chicago. You will cultivate and develop Stripe’s Platform partnerships across AMER, driving revenue through joint initiatives and cross-functional collaboration with regional sales, marketing, and product teams.

The role requires a strategic thinker with a track record in platform or ISV partnerships, strong communication, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in partnerships or sales within high-tech or financial services organizations.
• Directly managing Platform or ISV partnerships with a proven track record.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, negotiate high-value deals with C-level audiences, and influence outcomes.
• Knowledge of payment or financial-services technology, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
• Bachelor’s degree and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and manage a portfolio of Platforms across AMER.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to ensure partner integration with Stripe for go-to-market efforts.
• Optimize partner performance through partner plans and business reviews.
• Identify opportunities to expand revenue and deploy joint sales approaches with top partners and regional sales teams.
• Work with program, marketing, and sales teams to execute partner programs, events, sales engagement, and build playbooks and collateral to help partners sell effectively.
• Report to key stakeholders on a regular cadence using a diagnostic approach and clear communication.
