Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Partner Development Manager to join the AMER Alliances & Channels team. You will cultivate and develop Stripe’s Platform partnerships across AMER, working daily with regional sales and cross-functional teams to drive go-to-market and revenue strategies.

The role requires experience in partnerships or sales within high-tech or payments, with the ability to think strategically, articulate value propositions, and influence cross-organizational decisions.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in partnerships or sales within high-tech or financial services organizations.
Direct experience managing Platform or ISV partnerships.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and influence outcomes.
Knowledge of payment or financial-services technology and industry trends.
Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and manage a portfolio of platforms across AMER.
Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to ensure partner integrations with Stripe GTM.
Optimize partner performance through plans and business reviews.
Expand revenue and deploy joint sales with top partners and regional sales teams.
Develop and execute partner programs, events, and collateral to enable partner sales.
Report to stakeholders with a diagnostic mindset and clear communication.
