Job summary

S&P Global Energy is seeking a Partner Delivery Lead for CERAWeek to manage end-to-end delivery of partner commitments, including activations, speaker engagement, and on-site hosting. You will coordinate across programming, operations, commercial, marketing, and logistics to ensure timely, accurate delivery of all contractual obligations.

The role requires 5+ years in event operations or sponsor management, strong project management skills with Airtable/Monday.com, RainFocus, or Cvent, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Event Management, or Marketing.
• 5+ years of experience in event operations, partner/sponsor management, or client relationship management within the conference, energy, or financial information services sectors.
• Demonstrated experience managing contractual deliverables for a portfolio of 10+ partner or sponsor accounts through full event lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of all contractual commitments for an assigned portfolio of CERAWeek Partners across activations and on-site hosting.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across programming, operations, commercial, marketing, and logistics teams.
• Identify and resolve operational conflicts with precision, balancing partner satisfaction with scope and internal priorities.
• Maintain data integrity across relational databases and ensure compliance with contract scope.
