Job summary

S&P Global Energy is seeking a skilled Delivery Manager for CERAWeek partnerships in Houston. You will own end-to-end partner delivery, coordinate across teams, and ensure contractual scope is met for high-profile sponsors.

The role requires 5 years in events/partnerships, proficiency with Airtable or similar tools, and travel to events. You’ll contribute to data integrity and post-event reporting, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Event Management, or Marketing (required).
• 5 years of experience in event operations, partner/sponsor management, or client relationship management in conference/energy/financial information services.
• Experience managing contractual deliverables for 10 partner/sponsor accounts through full event lifecycle.
• Proficiency in project management or relational databases and event management software for tracking and reporting.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically for CERAWeek in Houston, TX, and other S&P Global events.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of all contractual commitments for assigned CERAWeek Partners across activations, engagements, on-site hosting, registrations, spaces, and programming.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with programming, operations, commercial, marketing, and logistics teams; single point of accountability for partner milestones and communications.
• Identify and resolve operational conflicts including space allocation, scheduling overlaps, and branding within contractual scope and internal priorities.
• Maintain data integrity across databases, ensuring all partner deliverables and badge passes adhere to contract scope.
• Lead partner process improvements by designing scalable workflows and driving adoption across the partner program, including CPAM.
