Job summary

S&P Global Energy is seeking a Senior Partner Delivery Lead for CERAWeek to own end-to-end delivery of partner commitments, including activations, speaker engagement, on-site hosting, registrations, and spaces.

You will coordinate across programming, operations, commercial, marketing, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery, scope adherence, and clear communications. Willingness to travel domestically for Houston events and other S&P Global engagements is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Event Management, or Marketing.
• 5+ years of experience in event operations, partner/sponsor management, or client relationship management within the conference, energy, or financial information services sectors.
• Experience: managing contractual deliverables for a portfolio of 10+ partner or sponsor accounts through full event lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of all contractual commitments for an assigned portfolio of CERAWeek Partners across activations, engagement, on-site hosting, registrations, and programming.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across programming, operations, commercial, marketing, and logistics teams as the single point of accountability for milestones and communications.
• Proactively identify and resolve conflicts related to space, scheduling, and branding while balancing partner satisfaction with scope and priorities.
• Maintain data integrity and audit readiness across databases, ensuring deliverables and speaker allocations adhere to contracts.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to embed scalable workflows for partnership delivery and drive adoption of best practices.
• Manage post-conference partner feedback cycles and deliver structured performance reporting to identify renewal risks and opportunities.
