S&P Global Energy is seeking a Speaker Coordinator for CERAWeek, the global energy conference. You will oversee the speaker journey from invitation through on-site readiness, ensuring data accuracy and a smooth process for all participants.

The role focuses on onboarding, registration, and reporting, with opportunities to drive efficiencies through automation and AI, while aligning with brand standards and data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to track multiple tasks and ensure follow-up.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the End-to-End Speaker Lifecycle: oversee speaker journey from identification to invitation, onboarding, and registration; verify speaker information and track statuses.
• Ensure Data Integrity and Quality Control: maintain authoritative speaker records across platforms; resolve data conflicts and duplicates.
• Facilitate Speaker Onboarding and Website Publication: publish accepted speakers live on site with data completeness.
• Coordinate Speaker Registration and Logistics: manage speaker registration emails, monitor completion, and hotel allocations.
• Generate Critical Reports and Communications: produce tailored reports for Marketing, Partners, VIP, Leadership; extract data to inform decisions.
• Drive Process Improvement and Automation: identify and implement process efficiencies and AI opportunities within speaker management workflows.
