Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage large volumes of data with high accuracy.
• Analytical, statistical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective planning and organizational skills.
• Strong written and oral communication; team collaboration is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage a national portfolio of contractual change requests and keep partner records up to date.
• Process contractual changes per state statutes and franchise agreements.
• Prepare partner contracts and enrollment forms.
• Activate partners and update information in systems.
• Maintain accurate partner data in the network planning system.
• Meet change request cycle time targets and monitor via contractual analysis tool.
• Collaborate with legal, analytics, and other SMEs on proposals.
• Provide guidance on company policies and contractual requirements.
• Assist with re-contracting activities and documentation.
• Draft partner letters and professional correspondence.
• Support execution of contractual documents using e-signature tools.
