Responsibilities

• Manage a national portfolio of contractual change requests and update partner records.
• Process changes in alignment with state franchise statutes and agreements.
• Prepare partner contracts and enrollment forms; complete activations.
• Maintain accurate partner data in management systems and SharePoint.
• Provide updates and collaborate with legal, analytics, and stakeholders.
• Draft partner letters and professional correspondence; support e-signature processes.
