Job summary

Washington State University is seeking a Manager of Parking & Transportation Services on the Spokane campus. The role leads customer service, cash operations, permit sales, and enforcement, while guiding transportation programs and financial systems.

You will develop policies, manage budgets, coordinate campus-wide programs, and liaise with internal and external partners, potentially supervising staff and hourly employees. On-site position in Spokane, WA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and four years of progressively responsible experience with supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated customer service, public relations, and communication skills.
• Extensive computer skills including Microsoft Office and data systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for customer service, administrative, parking, and transportation operations.
• Manage front-line customer service, cash operations, permit sales, and parking enforcement administration.
• Oversee transportation demand management support and all financial and operational systems.
