Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking a Portfolio Procurement Manager to lead the Paper & Printed Materials category for North America across Business Units. You will develop sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost, innovation, and sustainability goals.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to support innovation, negotiate contracts, and lead inflation tracking for budgeting. This role requires strategic thinking, market insight, and strong stakeholder management in a matrixed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years in Procurement Portfolio/Category Management, Product Supply, Finance, or 5 years with advanced degree.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own regional procurement strategy for Paper & Printed Materials.
• Manage key supplier relationships and understand markets.
• Execute category strategies via RFPs, supplier evaluation, negotiations and contracts.
• Lead pricing for innovation projects and support commercialization.
• Collaborate with suppliers to drive product/process innovations and growth.
• Lead sustainability goals and inflation forecasting for budgeting.
