You will manage supplier relationships, execute RFPs, and negotiate contracts to drive cost savings, sustainability, and innovation across multiple business units.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 7+ years in Procurement Portfolio/Category Management or 5+ years with an advanced degree.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Develop regional procurement sourcing strategy for supply continuity, cost savings, working capital, sustainability, and service.
• Manage key supplier relationships across North America.
• Execute category strategies via RFPs, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiations.
• Lead pricing for innovation projects and support commercialization.
• Collaborate with suppliers to identify and implement product/process innovations for growth.
• Lead sustainability goals and inflation forecasting for budgeting.
