The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in procurement, with travel up to 15% and a hybrid work arrangement. Experience in FMCG is a plus and relocation is not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in Procurement Portfolio/Category Management, Product Supply, Finance, or related roles.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own regional sourcing strategy for supply continuity, cost savings, and sustainability.
• Manage key supplier relationships across the region and understand markets and supply base.
• Execute category strategies through RFPs, evaluation, negotiations, and contracts.
• Lead pricing for innovation projects and support commercialization.
• Partner with suppliers on product/process innovations.
• Lead Paper & Printed Materials sustainability goals and objectives.
• Develop inflation forecasts and provide pricing information to Operations.
• Travel up to 15%; remote work available once a week for eligible employees.
