Job summary

S.C. Johnson & Son, Inc. is seeking a Portfolio Procurement Manager to lead the Paper & Printed Materials category for North America, developing sourcing strategies and managing supplier relationships to achieve cost, sustainability, and innovation goals across multiple business units.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to support innovation, drive profitable growth, and guide inflation forecasts. This full-time role requires travel up to 15% and a hybrid office arrangement in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or related discipline.
• 7+ years in Procurement Portfolio/Category Management, Product Supply, Finance, or 5+ years with advanced degree.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the regional Procurement sourcing strategy for supply continuity, cost savings, working capital, sustainability, innovation, and service.
• Manage key supplier relationships across the region and maintain market knowledge.
• Execute category strategies via RFPs, supplier evaluation/selection, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Lead supplier selection and component pricing for innovation projects and support commercialization.
• Partner with suppliers to identify and implement new product/process innovations for profitable growth.
• Lead Paper & Printed Materials sustainability goals and objectives.
• Develop inflation forecasts for budgeting, track commodity movements, and provide pricing information to Operations teams.
