RPMGlobal is seeking a Packaging Procurement Lead to oversee the packaging procurement strategy for the USA and South America. This role includes leading supplier negotiations, managing strategic relationships, and integrating sustainability initiatives into sourcing decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in packaging engineering, preferably in the food or CPG industry.
• Hands-on experience with packaging development and commercialization.
• Experience working in regulated environments (food, beverage, or pharma).
• Certification as Certified Packaging Professional (CPP) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the packaging procurement strategy for USA and South America.
• Manage strategic suppliers and support continuous performance improvement.
• Integrate sustainability criteria into sourcing decisions.
• Support local procurement and collaborate with R&D and operations teams.
