WPP Media, a leading AI-driven media unit, seeks an Associate Director, Biddable Media in Los Angeles to lead paid social and programmatic strategies. You will guide cross-channel plans, collaborate with analytics, and act as the senior client lead to optimize campaigns and deliver measurable outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of multi-platform buying, agency experience, and a passion for innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years planning/buying across major platforms (Meta, X, TikTok, YouTube, DV360, TTD, Amazon, etc.).
• Experience with client-facing roles and agency environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Paid Social and Programmatic strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Act as primary client contact for biddable media activations and optimization.
• Drive cross-channel planning across Paid Social, Display, Video, and other channels.
• Partner with analytics to set KPIs and translate data into action.
• Mentor and develop junior team members and ensure governance.
• Oversee budget, pacing, QA, and operational excellence across campaigns.
