Job summary

Skai in New York is seeking a Client Success Manager to guide clients in maximizing their use of the Skai platform, with an initial focus on Paid Search.

You will drive retention, deliver training, provide technical guidance across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, and collaborate with product, technical, and support teams.

This role favors a consultative approach, strong project management, and comfort using AI tools to accelerate prep, reporting, and optimization.

Qualifications

• Hands-on paid search marketing campaign implementation and management experience.
• Experience across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Strong client services and/or technical project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive client retention and identify growth opportunities within the account.
• Provide initial and ongoing training so clients can effectively use the Skai platform.
• Provide technical support, best practices, and strategy across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Understand each client's business goals, anticipate future needs, and focus them on Skai capabilities.
• Run a structured, proactive communication cadence with clear agendas and documented owners.
• Partner across internal teams, knowing when to escalate with context.
• Use AI to accelerate call prep, summarization, and documentation.
• Sustain high levels of client satisfaction.
