Job summary

Skai is seeking an Expert Services Manager to deliver world-class services and strategic consultation to Skai clients. You will enable campaign creation and optimization, support client calls, and report performance on the Skai Search platform.

You will mentor clients with data-driven insights, communicate effectively with enterprise brands, and collaborate with product and growth teams to drive platform innovation and client success. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years hands-on paid search campaign implementation, optimization and management experience.
• Data analysis and reporting skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Uphold the team mission to drive client success in search marketing.
• Execute ad campaigns and optimize performance to meet client goals.
• Act as a consultant on media planning, campaign strategy and best practices.
• Communicate campaign performance to clients and internal teams.
