Job summary

Skai in San Francisco is seeking a Client Success Manager (CSM) to oversee client utilization of the Skai platform, with an immediate focus on Paid Search. You will drive retention, train clients, and translate platform usage into measurable ROI.

The ideal candidate has project management skills, strong technical fluency, and hands-on Paid Media experience across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. A consultative approach and collaboration across teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on paid search marketing campaign implementation and management experience.
• Experience with Retail Media Networks and Paid Social is a plus.
• 2+ years of client services and/or technical project management experience.
• Comfort using AI tools to support client prep, communication and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Drive client retention and identify growth opportunities within the account.
• Provide training so clients can effectively use the Skai platform.
• Provide technical support, best practices, and strategy across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Understand client goals and focus them on Skai capabilities tied to outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and hand off with context for immediate action.
• Lead structured communications with clear agendas and documented owners.
