Job summary

Skai, Inc. is hiring a Client Success Manager in San Francisco for a hybrid role. You will drive client satisfaction, train users, and optimize Paid Search strategies across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. The role emphasizes a consultative approach to align client goals with Skai capabilities.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in client services or technical PM, strong communication skills, and comfort with AI tools to accelerate prep and documentation. Travel is occasional.

Qualifications

• Hands-on paid search marketing campaign implementation and management experience, including responsive ad formats, shopping, automated cross-channel formats (AIMax and PMax) and ad extensions.
• Hands-on experience with Retail Media Networks (Amazon, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, etc).
• 2+ years in client services and/or technical project management with strong organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to train clients and present to stakeholders.
• Comfort using AI tools to support client prep, communication, and documentation.
• Travel occasionally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive client retention and identify growth opportunities within the account.
• Provide initial and ongoing training so clients can effectively use the Skai platform.
• Provide technical support, best practices, and strategy across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Understand each client's business goals and guide them to the right Skai solutions.
• Maintain a proactive communication cadence with clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Client Success Directors, product, and support teams to deliver value.
