Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Paid Media Manager for urgent care clients. You will own paid media strategy, budgeting, and performance across multiple platforms while guiding client conversations with data-driven storytelling.

Bring 3+ years building and optimizing Google Ads and Meta campaigns, agency experience across several clients, and clear English for US-based calls. Remote work options available for US/Canada teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: campaigns built and optimized.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements with measurable results.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multi-location or urgent care is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Urgent Care you own paid media for a book of urgent care clients (urgent care groups running many sites): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for urgent care or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
