Qualifications

• Experience with scheduling concepts: critical path, float, lead times, resource leveling.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize timelines and costs.
• Strong communication with project managers, engineers and stakeholders.
• Experience in project controls, construction, or engineering environments (3–7 years typical).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules (Level 1–3) using scheduling software.
• Perform critical path analysis, resource allocation, and float calculations.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, implement corrective actions.
• Generate reports, S-curves, and productivity assessments for stakeholders.
