Qualifications

• Proficiency with scheduling tools, including Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of critical path, float, lead times, and resource leveling.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to optimize project performance.
• Effective communication with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Experience in project controls, construction, or engineering environments (3–7 years).

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining project schedules (Level 1–3) and ensuring tasks, durations, and dependencies are accurate.
• Performing critical path analysis, resource allocation, and float calculations to optimize timelines.
• Monitoring progress, identifying delays, and implementing corrective actions to minimize cost and schedule impacts.
• Generating reports, S-curves, and productivity assessments for stakeholders.
• Validating WBS and logic ties to ensure schedule accuracy.
• Coordinating with project teams to update schedules in real time.
