Job summary

Swiss Re Solutions Risk Consulting & Analytics is expanding its Americas team. We seek a Senior Manager to lead client delivery, project and people management, and growth of the consulting value proposition across the insurance value chain.

This client-facing role requires clear communication, credibility with senior executives, and the ability to translate complex topics into practical solutions in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years consulting background and experience in strategy/management consulting.
• Experience in leading complex consulting engagements and managing teams.
• Excellent knowledge of primary Property & Casualty insurance market.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into executive-level insights.
• Comfort communicating with senior executives and diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and management consulting engagements for P&C insurance clients.
• Build and lead cross-functional project teams including consultants and data professionals.
• Oversee discovery, scoping, project management, analysis and communication of results.
• Act as domain expert and primary contact for P&C consulting.
• Define and evolve the P&C consulting proposition and value offerings.
• Partner with Sales on client research, discovery, and opportunity development.
• Collaborate with Swiss Re stakeholders to develop new capabilities and data assets.
