Job summary

Swiss Re Solutions Risk Consulting & Analytics in the Americas seeks a Senior Manager to lead client delivery, project and people management, and grow our consulting proposition. This is a highly client-facing role requiring clear communication and the ability to translate complex insurance challenges into practical solutions for P&C clients.

Qualifications

10–15 years of consulting with a strong strategy/management background.
Experience leading complex engagements and multi-disciplinary project teams.
Excellent knowledge of the primary insurance market for P&C lines.
Ability to synthesize data into executive-level narratives and recommendations.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy and management engagements for P&C insurance clients.
Build and lead cross-functional project teams including analysts and data scientists.
Oversee discovery, scoping, project management, analysis and synthesis of results.
Communicate results and recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders.
Define and evolve the P&C consulting proposition to create new value.
Collaborate with Sales on client research, opportunities, and origination of new work.
